What is your Online Return and Exchange policy ?

We have a 'No questions asked return/refund policy' which entitles all our customer to return the product at the time of delivery if they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. Products should be returned in the original condition you had received them. Please understand that we cannot accept returns under the following instances:

(i) Returns will not be entertained on altered, damaged, used, discounted products and merchandise purchased on promotional sale (ii) Damages due to mishandling of product; (iii) Products with tampered or missing labels;

What is your Store Return and Exchange policy?

At Azaong. Our endeavor is to bring you Superior Quality Products at all times, If, for some reason you wish to exchange, we would be pleased do so within 5 days from the date of purchase against submission of Original invoice to the same store.

All Electric. Elctronic. Luggage & Information Technology products shall be subject to manufacturer's warranty only and is not covered under this exchange policy. After sales service, wherever is applicable, will be provided by the authorized service centers of the respective manufacturers. based on their terms and conditions warranty.

For reasons health & hygiene uergarments, personal care products, swimwear, socks, cosmetics, crockery, jewellery, frozen foods, dairy and bakery products, loose staples & dry fruits, fruits and vegetables, baby food, liquor, tobacco, over the counter medication (OTO & Products of similar nature will not be Exchanged

Exchanged/refund will not be entertained on altered, damaged, used, discounted products and merchandise purchased on promotional sale.

All products returned should be unused. undamaged and in saleable condition.

Refund will be through a credit note for onetime use valid for 30 days from the date of issue to be redeemed in the same store. No duplicate credit note will be issued in lieu of damaged/lost defaced mutilated Credit Note's.

How do I exchange a product?

Exchange of product purchased online can be done by contacting our customer care or visiting the store from where the product has been delivered (Store address is mentioned on the invoice). Store T&C's applicable with respect to exchange of product.

When do I get my refund?

Prepaid Orders: Refunds back to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking or Bank Accounts (NEFT) are fully refunded within 5-9 days after we receive and process your return.

Can I exchange a promotional purchase, where the discount/offer was applied on the total cost of my purchase?

Exchange will not be entertained on merchandise purchased on promotional sale.
